How long will my project take?
The answer is—it depends! Every organizing project is unique, whether completed by our professional home organizers, or done through our office organizing service. Some smaller projects, like decluttering a single closet or streamlining a small workspace, can be completed in just one session. However, larger projects—such as organizing an entire home, optimizing multiple office areas, or creating customized systems for efficiency—often take several days to ensure everything is thoughtfully arranged and functional.
It also depends on how many spaces you’d like to tackle! Many of my clients start with one area, whether it’s a kitchen, storage room, or office filing system, and then realize how transformative the process is. Before long, they’re excited to extend the organization to other spaces! Whether at home or in a professional setting, the goal is to create a system that makes your space work better for you—and that takes just the right amount of time to do it right.
I’m embarrassed, my place is a total mess! Should I clean and straighten up before you come?
Actually, please don’t. We assure you that we pass no judgment. It’s actually easier for us to see where your “problem” areas are if you don’t try to pick up before we arrive. Believe us, however “messy” you think your space is, we have seen worse.
Even when using our professional move management service, we can help organize everything before you set out on your next adventure.
Are you going to throw away all my stuff?
No of course not! We help you to let things go in the spirit of decluttering, but we never toss anything without your permission.
Do I need to be there while you organize my house?
That’s totally up to you. We understand how busy life is. One of the reasons clients hire us is because they simply don’t have the time to get organized. We have had clients give us the keys and go on vacation for a week. Others want to be part of the project every step of the way. Either one is fine with us!
Work days are typically scheduled in 4-6 hour blocks of time
